No longer do you need to rely on your phone to check voicemails.
With this feature, every voicemail you receive will be sent to your
email inbox. Whether you're sitting in the airport in London, connecting
at a wi-fi hotspot, or sitting at home relaxing, listening to voicemail
is as simple as checking your email! This is also fantastic for
travelling sales personnel or business owners who want to keep in
touch with clients.
Conference Bridge - With many businesses paying
to have a 3rd party host conference calls, the cost can really add
up. With a PHONEBOCHS®
system, conference bridging is built right in. This means you can
host your own conference calls, eliminating the cost and hassle
of going through a 3rd party.
Music on Hold - This is another favorite function
of many of our clients. In the past, changing music on hold was
a huge ordeal. It meant paying someone to record new music onto
a tape, and even involved special players and cables. PHONEBOCHS®
totally eliminates this headache and allows any .mp3 file to be
uploaded as music on hold. Whether you want to keep the same music
on hold for months, weeks, or just days; PHONEBOCHS®

Remote Office Support - This option is one of
the most valuable features for businesses who have outside consultants,
remote branches, or employees that work from home. As long as both
locations have a form of high speed internet, PHONEBOCHS®
will allow the remote user to place calls as if they are sitting
in the office! Each call will connect to the PHONEBOCHS®
and get sent out through the standard telephone line connected to
it. This allows remote users with toll-free long distance to the
office, as well as coming up as an office call on the clients caller-id.
Another benefit to this feature is remote extension support. If
a client calls looking for a remote user, instead of having to provide
the client with the users number, you can simply transfer the call
as if the remote user was sitting in the same office!
